Customer Portal Access
Whether you’re an end-user, administrator or owner, CodeBlue’s customer portal allows multiple levels of oversight.
End-Users may open and review their own tickets. Administrators may review company-wide tickets. Owners may review metrics, invoices and important configurations of their technical property.
CodeBlue customers receive a proprietary application that allows them to generate tickets, include screenshots and communicate directly with engineering.
This application allows end-users to check their ticket status and comment on any existing work.
